Professional Summary

​I’m Tania Dey, a People & Organisation leader with over 18 years of experience building high-performing teams, scalable operating models, and human-centred cultures across global enterprises and high-growth startups in Europe and the APAC region.

My career spans industries including technology, aviation, telecommunications, IT consulting, education, and urban air mobility. I’ve partnered with organisations ranging from multinational corporations to more than 20 early-stage startups, always with one guiding belief: people strategy is business strategy.

What I Do

I design and implement the structures, rhythms, and systems that enable organisations to scale with clarity, trust, and purpose. This means:

  • Building from scratch: designing recruitment, talent management, engagement, compliance, and pay equity processes tailored to each organisation’s growth stage.

  • Embedding culture into systems: ensuring values aren’t just words on a wall, but lived behaviours woven into day-to-day operations.

  • Driving measurable impact: from reducing attrition rates by over 50%, to achieving gender balance in leadership and technical roles, to eliminating pay gaps through data-driven frameworks.

  • Leading transformation: redefining organisational values, implementing organisational rhythms, and creating feedback loops that foster accountability and innovation.

Core Achievements

  • At TALPA Solutions: Built the People & Organisation function from the ground up; reduced attrition from 34.7% to 8%; introduced unlimited vacation; achieved Kununu Top Employer badge; created gender-balanced hiring strategies; and implemented a real-time market-based pay equity system.

  • At Volocopter: Scaled technical teams across critical domains; launched DEI initiatives and cultural transformation programs; and implemented compensation and engagement strategies for a growing global team.

  • Across APAC & Europe: Designed and delivered HR frameworks for 11+ ICT startups; led market launches and operational teams; and earned the National HRD Network’s Best Practice Award for strategic HR innovation.
